When local personnel take the lead in routine updates and solving simple user issues and answering their questions, you save. You still have Help Desk and Remote Support available 24/7/365 as an option.
Tier 3 Services
You have already invested in a well-trained technology services group, why not take advantage of reduced support costs from ATO Solutions. Your trained personnel become the local presence to maintain your system first-hand, with support from a Customer Service Engineer when needed via phone and email. Training can be provided locally or they can attend the same factory training as ATO Customer Service Engineers to become certified on the product.
